Watchlist
Think of this as your favourites list. It shows companies you're keeping an eye on. Each row shows the ticker (a short code like AAPL for Apple), the latest price, and how much it's gone up or down today.
Tap a row to see that company's full chart.

The Chart
A picture of how the price has moved over time. Going up = good news for people who own the stock. Going down = bad news.
Switch between Candles (more detail) and Line (simple view) using the buttons under the chart.
🕯️
What are Candles?
Each candle is a tiny summary of what happened in a small window of time. Imagine zooming into one second of the market:
Green candle
Price went up during that moment.
Red candle
Price went down during that moment.
The thin lines on top and bottom (called "wicks") show the highest and lowest price reached. The fat middle is where the price started and ended.
🅞
Open / High / Low
Open = the price when today started.
High = the highest the price has been today.
Low = the lowest the price has been today.
Volatility = how "jumpy" the stock is. High volatility = big swings.

Quick Trade — Buy
Buying means you spend cash to own a piece of the company. If the price goes up after you buy, you make money. If it goes down, you lose money — but only on paper until you sell.
You start with $10,000 of pretend money. Use the quick buttons (100, 500, 1k, MAX) to set the amount fast.
📤
Quick Trade — Sell
Selling means you give up your shares for cash. If you sell something you don't own, you've opened a short position — which means you make money if the price goes down. (Advanced — you can ignore this when starting out.)

Close Position
A one-tap button that cashes out all the shares you own (or covers your short) for the active stock. Useful when you want to lock in your gains or stop your losses.

Beginner Tips
- Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Spread your money across a few different companies.
- It's normal to lose sometimes. Even pros lose on some trades. The goal is to win more than you lose.
- News can be tricky. Sometimes the price reaction surprises you. Learn from it.
- Volatile stocks are exciting but risky. Big swings = big wins or big losses.
- Start small, learn fast. This is a sandbox — there's no real money at stake. Experiment freely.
